Future.Travel can accept local payment via cash or money transfers using bank deposits or OKLink funds transfer. Not all bookings are eligible for payments via cash or bank transfer. This is due to the time required to receive funds through manual payment methods. As a general rule of thumb booking payment must be made at least 3 working days before travel date, and/or before the payment deadline specified for the booking. Credit card payment is instant and may be used for flights up to 12 hour before departure.

Future.Travel can make changes on tickets for both customers and non-customers given the correct conditions. Payment needs to be made before any change can take place. Payment fee’s include a service fee by Future.Travel to cover admin costs, change fees incurred by the airline(s), and any fare basis adjustments. You may pay online with Future.Travel via credit card, cash, or cash transfer.  Service fees must be paid up front and is no refundable prior to any booking changes are made, which will be charged and paid for separately. You can make payment on the Future.Travel website by clicking on the payments tab, and entering the payment code provided to you by customer service for your transaction.

In Indonesia you may pay cash for your bookings at: Alfamart, Alfamidi, Alfaexpress, Lawson, Post Office, Pawnshop Office, or  Family Mart.  Select Indonesia payment option, then at checkout choose "Modern Channel".  When paying by cash in Indonesia the limit is up to IDR5,000,000 after which the cash payment option will not appear on the Future.Travel website. You may still pay via ATM or bank transfer for values greater than IDR5,000,000.

For Cash payments you will be given a payment number to take to the modern channel outlet close to you for payment. Payover the counter and keep your reciept. When payment is made your booking will be processed. You have 2 hours to complete a cash transaction. 1 hour if you are paying by ATM. As the payment is not made at time of booking there is always a chance your selected flight/booking may not be available by the time payment is made. A refund for unticketed bookings may take up to 21 days in case a refund is required.

Your BTC-rebate  is credited to you in Satoshi, the smallest unit of measurement in Bitcoin (BTC). They are sent to your Lightning enabled e-Wallet and are convertible to Bitcoin, with can be converted to ‘fiat’ (traditional currencies) cash. You can exchange your BTC to cash via online exchanges or at local BTM’s (Bitcoin Teller Machines).

Future.Travel accepts payment via the Lightning Network so credits may be used for future travel. Alternatively, the value in your Lightning Wallet may be converted to cash at BTM (Bitcoin Teller Machine) or redeemed for other products and service at a store/shop near you or online. There are numerous Lightning Network enabled e-Wallets in the marketplace. Future.Travel recommends the Wallet of Satoshi for cash of use. Treat your e-Wallet with same caution you use with a credit card or ATM card, do not provide your wallet security details (password etc) to any 3rd party.
