How can I make changes to my booking and or reservations?

We protect our passengers from unauthorized changes to bookings and we require additional information to verify your identity if you choose to change or cancel your booking. In order to process your change request we require the following information:

1. The Future.Travel booking reference number for the travel to be adjusted (it is found on top left of your eTicket).

2. A copy of the traveler(s) passport (s)information page or drivers license/identity card for those individuals whose booking/ itinerary will change.

3. A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to make the booking.

4. The list of changes for the booking with current booking information and your desired change. eg. Current booking: 12 April 2014 0940 New York LGA to Miami MIA to be changed to 14 April 2014 1530 New York LGA to Miami MIA

Please be advised there is a $50.00 change fee for this service in addition to any applicable changes charged by airlines or suppliers as per the Future.Travel terms and conditons. Payment of the change fee is not a guarantee that any changes may be able to made for the booking.

If you would like to make a change to your reservations/booking please send requested items noted above by email to the eMail address on your eTicket. We will generate a payment link for the change fee. Once payment is received we will generate the changes requested, if possible, and advise any airline/hotel specific charges for the change and generate a second payment link for the remaining charges. No changes will be made until payment is received.
